As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be a trusted commercial advisor seconded and embedded within client delivery teams. No two secondments are the same — you’ll work with client organisations, Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, and specialist subcontractors across diverse sectors. You’ll lead on NEC4 subcontract procurement, administration and cost forecasting, supported by comprehensive training to build confidence and capability. You’ll collaborate closely with the Solomons management team, sharing insights, shaping solutions, and influencing better ways of working. Expect to tackle complex project challenges, drive commercial clarity, and help clients deliver smarter, stronger outcomes. This role puts you right at the center of project delivery. You’ll be out on site regularly, building relationships, solving problems in real time, and seeing the impact of your work first‑hand. Shaping smarter ways of working by spotting opportunities, driving process improvements, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive better outcomes.
