The Role This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process. As a Fullmind School Psychologist, you will: • Deliver virtual psychological services that support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth • Complete evaluations, assessments and reports • Create and carry out intervention plans and recommendations • Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require • Partner with families, school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress Requirements • Must have an active Michigan School Psychologist license, • Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held • Experience with virtual platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context • Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace. • Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families • Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits This is a 1099 contract position; it does not include employee benefits.
