Technical Chief of Staff

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Chief of Staff based in Switzerland. Support the CTO of a fast-growing cybersecurity and web infrastructure business by turning technical priorities into coordinated execution and measurable results. In this high-trust role, you will work closely with senior technical leadership and engineering teams to ensure decisions translate into clear plans, responsibilities, and outcomes. You will bring structure to complex discussions, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and improve visibility across engineering projects without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. Combining technical understanding with exceptional organizational and communication skills, you will help identify blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum across teams.
