Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Vermont Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services for individuals, couples, and families. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, and emotional stressors. Your day-to-day work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, therapy sessions, clinical documentation, and ongoing support that helps clients make practical progress. Responsibilities • Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families • Assess client needs and develop treatment plans based on clinical goals • Support clients with relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, and behavioral health challenges • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed • Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for virtual care Requirements • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field • Active LMFT license in Vermont • Experience providing therapy to couples and families • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Benefits • 2 weeks PTO • Health Insurance • 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If this sounds like the kind of role you’re looking for, apply today.
