Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Arkansas Location: Arkansas Position: Full-Time Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Role We are hiring a licensed therapist in Arkansas to provide remote counseling to clients with a range of mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with clients, understand what they are working through, and provide thoughtful support from one session to the next. This role also involves keeping your clinical work organized, staying in communication with the team, and bringing forward cases that may need additional input or attention. Responsibilities • Meet with clients for scheduled virtual therapy sessions • Get to know each client’s concerns, history, and current needs • Provide counseling that fits the situation and goals discussed in therapy • Keep session notes and other required records up to date • Speak with the clinical team when a case becomes more complex • Raise concerns when a client may need a different level of support • Participate in case discussions and clinical reviews • Maintain confidentiality and follow Arkansas licensing and professional requirements Requirements • Active Arkansas license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT • Master’s degree in a mental health discipline • At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience • Familiarity with telehealth tools and workflows • Strong clinical judgment and time management Benefits • 2 weeks paid time off • Health insurance • 401(k) with 3% company match Submit your application today for consideration.
