Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Alabama | Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits The Position This role involves providing psychotherapy to adults through scheduled virtual appointments. You will handle your cases from the first visit onward, including clinical review, follow-up, and required records. Clients may come in with concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationships, or major life changes. Your responsibility is to provide appropriate therapy and recognize when a case needs additional clinical or community support. Day-to-Day • See clients for individual psychotherapy sessions • Gather clinical and psychosocial information during initial visits • Address concerns that are affecting a client’s mental health or daily life • Complete notes and required records after appointments • Review significant changes that occur during care • Connect clients with outside resources when necessary • Consult with colleagues on cases that require additional input • Maintain privacy and professional standards • Meet Alabama LICSW practice requirements Requirements • Active Alabama LICSW license in good standing • Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication • Strong assessment skills, ethical judgment, and ability to manage a full-time caseload • Ability to support clients with both emotional concerns and practical life stressors • Clear writing skills and a reliable private workspace for virtual sessions Benefits • 2 weeks PTO • Health Insurance • 401K Plan with 3% Company Match • Remote full-time role with consistent weekday hours Submit your application today for consideration.
