- Full-Time
We are looking for motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join a growing organization offering professional education and certification programs.
This is a fully remote, high-volume, phone-based sales opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging prospective customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales quickly.
The ideal candidate is a confident, self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and takes ownership of their results.
Unlike traditional sales development or account management positions, this role focuses on direct-to-consumer sales, engaging interested prospects, making outbound calls, and converting opportunities into enrollments, often within a single conversation.
What You'll Do
• Engage prospective customers through outbound phone calls, warm leads, and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate education and certification programs.
• Convert qualified prospects into enrollments through effective discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Manage short sales cycles, frequently closing transactions within one or two interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, follow-up activities, and sales information in CRM systems.
• Track individual sales performance, including call activity, conversion rates, quota attainment, and revenue production.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
• Follow structured sales processes while adapting conversations to each prospective customer's needs.
• Maintain strong follow-through, organization, and productivity in a fully remote environment.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to improve sales effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of outbound, phone-based sales experience in a direct-to-consumer or B2C environment.
• Demonstrated ability to personally close sales rather than exclusively schedule appointments or generate leads.
• Experience with short-cycle, transactional sales, ideally closing within one or two conversations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confidence asking for the sale and guiding prospects toward a purchasing decision.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to CRM documentation.
• High energy, resilience, accountability, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a remote setting.
• At least 1 year of tenure in the current position preferred.
• Ability to work within the required mountain time-based operating schedule, which may include shifts extending to 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
Preferred Background

• Outbound advertising sales
• Phone-based consumer services sales
• Insurance or financial services sales
• Professional education or certification enrollment sales
• High-volume inside sales and direct-closing environments
• Other consultative B2C sales roles requiring strong objection handling and rapid closing
Candidates from different industries are encouraged to apply if they have demonstrated strong phone-sales performance and direct-closing ability.
Compensation & Benefits
• $40,000 annual base salary
• Approximately $100,000 first-year on-target earnings
