Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Iowa Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary An opportunity is available for a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) to deliver outpatient mental health care to Iowa residents through telehealth. The position involves working with clients experiencing marital difficulties, changes in family relationships, and personal challenges affecting their daily lives. You'll have the opportunity to establish therapeutic relationships, guide clients toward meaningful improvements, and provide consistent care from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities • Lead scheduled telehealth appointments with individuals, partners, and family members. • Identify emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal concerns through comprehensive evaluations. • Establish treatment objectives and select therapeutic interventions appropriate to each client's circumstances. • Help clients improve communication, resolve disagreements, and develop healthier relationship patterns. • Assess therapeutic progress and make clinical adjustments based on client feedback and outcomes. • Prepare session notes, treatment updates, and other required records using an electronic health record system. • Recognize potential safety concerns and respond according to established clinical procedures. • Collaborate with referring providers and community resources to support continuity of care. • Practice in accordance with Iowa regulations, confidentiality requirements, and applicable professional standards. Requirements • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field • Active LMFT license in Iowa • Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families • Comfortable providing services through telehealth • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills Benefits • 2 weeks PTO • Health Insurance • 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Apply today to join our remote clinical team.
