Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team and provide exceptional customer support. Responsibilities • Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Management / USEM components. • Develop technical solutions based on business and security requirements. • Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows. • Configure dashboards, reports, and automation capabilities. • Design and implement integrations with security and compliance tools. • Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and technical documentation. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders. • Participate in knowledge transfer and handover activities. Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. • Proficiency in JavaScript within ServiceNow. • Proven experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. • Experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation. • Experience working in Agile project environments. • Ability to independently implement developer user stories with minimal supervision. • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher. Nice to have • Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, or Vulnerability Management. • Familiarity with Qualys, Microsoft Azure CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), or Cribl. • Understanding of Configuration Compliance and hardening processes. • Experience with CMDB, CI relationships, and MID Server integrations. • Understanding of ServiceNow USEM architecture. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR) certification.
