RevOps & Salesforce Specialist

NeoWork is hiring RevOps & Salesforce Specialists to keep revenue systems, data, and processes running for U.S. companies. You will administer the CRM, maintain clean data, and build the reports and automations sales and marketing teams rely on. NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities • Administer Salesforce (or HubSpot), including users, objects, fields, and permissions • Build and maintain workflows, automations, and validation rules • Keep CRM data clean, deduplicated, and accurate • Build reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer success • Document processes and support users with CRM questions • Partner with GTM leaders on pipeline, forecasting, and process improvements
