You will be the quality checkpoint for every listing: you verify seller information, confirm sellers are ready to proceed, and keep records clean. This is not a sales role. 🔑 Your Role: • Review seller documents, including titles and registration records, for authenticity and accuracy. • Check vehicle photos, trim levels, and mileage. Flag problems and request corrections. • Manage the Submitted queue as your top priority, and move qualified listings to Listed quickly. • Call and text U.S. sellers to confirm details, confirm intent to sell, and collect missing information. • Answer basic questions from listed sellers about the auction and next steps. Escalate complex questions to the listing agent. • Tag and organize leads in the CRM, flag cancellation risks, and complete ghost follow-ups with approved scripts. • Send clear notes to the Listing Team and meet daily and weekly quotas. ✅ What You’ll Need: • Near-native English, written and spoken.
