NeoWork is hiring Video Editors to join creative teams producing content for U.S. brands. You will edit short-form and long-form video for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns, turning raw footage into content that performs. NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities • Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, paid ads, websites, and marketing campaigns • Enhance footage with color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, captions, and motion graphics • Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads) • Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs while bringing your own ideas • Manage project files and asset libraries for an efficient workflow • Deliver high-quality edits on tight, recurring deadlines Requirements • 2+ years of professional video editing experience • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve) • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual style • A portfolio showcasing recent editing work • Good written and spoken English for working with U.S. teams • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Based in Brazil, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection Nice to Have • Experience editing performance ads or UGC-style content • Motion design or animation skills Benefits • We offer health insurance for contractors • Holiday Extra Pay • The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs. • This is a 100% home-based position • We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being. • In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided. • There is an annual review and appraisal process in place. • There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
