We're a fast-growing B-corp marketplace for active outdoor adventures. We help people find and book the trips that change how they spend their time on the planet, and we direct money to small independent operators, local economies, and conservation work in the places those trips happen. 250+ trips across 60+ countries, 75% solo travellers, an excellent Trustpilot record, and a brand people genuinely love.
About the role / What we are looking for
Every departure has a right price, and your job is to find it. This role owns the pricing framework, rules, and default prices for new and established trips, while taking our new dynamic pricing engine live and running it from there. You will build systematic test-and-learn pricing tactics, make promotions earn their keep with clear budgeting and discount authority, and protect margins by supporting trip costing and cost control.
You’ll read the rate of sale and competitor moves, know when to protect margin and when to chase volume, and use price to hit occupancy targets. You’ll also feed into target rates for host negotiations, so trips are set up to win from day one. Operating as a key partner across Expansion, Operations, Product, Data, Marketing, and Finance, you'll turn booking curves and competitor insights into clear trading calls.
